Monday, 12 December

Lecture: A Living Body 
Time: 10:00-12:00
Place: Hus 28
Rachel Parry will give a lecture on her practice, rooted in context of community, while addressing bio-politics and public engagement. Parry is the Artistic Director, Curator and Producer for Little Wolf Parade, Founder of GuerillArtLab, and GAL collective, as well as the Producer for independent record label I’m Not From London.

Conference: Art Is Not Therapy
Time: 17:00-20:00
Place: Lecture Theatre – Plan 4
Introduction by Peter Geschwind (Vice Chancellor): A panel of resident speakers and guest speakers will give oral presentations, followed by open dialogue with the audience. Looking to the Grafik Hus fire as a catalyst, discussions will be formed on the notion and application of recovery and restoration, addressing the transformative values of crisis, both speculatively and as a matter of pragmatic imminence.

Tuesday, 13 December

Lecture: Psycho-Geographer
Place: Lecture Theatre – Plan 4
Open Lecture by Andrew Brown (Nottingham Trent University), on his practice as a psycho-geographer, sound artist, Situationalist, and pedagogical practitioner.

Workshop: Site-specific, Session 1 
Time: 13:00-14:30
Place: Meet at Main Entrance
Interactive workshop with Andrew Brown: Record sounds whilst tracking the trajectory of a site-specific ArtWalk, (Limited recording devices available).

Exhibition tour: Victoria Verseau 
Time: 17:00-18:00
Place: Hangmen Projects
A private audience with Victoria Verseau, an artist who lost her studio in the Grafik Hus fire; we will visit her exhibition, Through The Looking Glass, hosted by Hangmen.

Wednesday, 14 December

Workshop: Reflect & Respond 
Time: 10:00-12:00
Place: Mellanrummet.
Malin Neuman will host a workshop in response to the notion of disaster, using the fire as a catalyst for creating slogans, banners, and performance pieces.

Intervention: Action
Place: Meet at Main Entrance
Emma Clayton will host an intervention that sees ideas from the previous session brought to life, instigating participants to engage in collective and individual actions.

Performance: Cultural Capital 
Time: 18:00-20:00
Place: Mellanrummet
Elizabeth Black and Ida-Johanna Lundqvist collaborate in an experimental happening, in which the audience are invited to bear witness and discuss.

Thursday, 15 December

Workshop: Capture & Edit, Session 2 
Time:  10:00-12:00
Place: Mellanrummet
Capturing and editing in an open format with support from Andrew Brown, within an open workshop forum: Contribute sounds and hijack the editing process.

Time: 13:00-15:00
Place: Meet at KKH Main entrance
ArtWalk with Andrew Brown: The group will experience the soundscape created by workshop participants, whilst touring Skeppsholmen and the Grafik Hus perimeter.
At 15:00 we will head to Galleri Mejan for Petra Hultman’s MFA Graduate Examination.

Friday, 16 December

Open Call Film Screening: Shorts
Place: Mellanrummet
Selected artists are invited to screen video pieces in response to dialogue around the programme of events and the aftermath of disaster. (Refreshments provided.)

Screening: Belleville Baby (2013)
Time: 14:00-16:00
Place:  Mellanrummet
Director Mia Engberg will be introducing her film BelleView Revenue (2013), as well as engaging with a Q&A feedback for the audience.

Feedback + Film Club + Bar
Time: 16:00-20:00
Communal discourse drawing together intentions and actualization of the week’s events, feedback encouraged. This will be followed by a FILM CLUB and bar.
