THEORY COURSE

Instruction in the theory of art is intended to promote a greater theoretical awareness and to stimulate reflection on the student’s own work and on the wider importance of art to society.

Instruction takes place throughout the year, taking the form of lectures, seminars and excursions. The course covers the art theory and the history of ideas as well as the history of art and of architecture.
