Mejan Residents is a new venture for the academic year 2011-12. Currently four professional artists at post-master level run one-year long artistic research projects (60 ECTS-credits) with an allocated budget of maximum 100 000 SEK. Mejan Residents is also open to apply to for architects, critics, curators, filmmakers and others. A shared workspace and access to the institutes’ technical workshops is offered. In addition to receiving individual supervision, a number of seminars are arranged. A final presentation is made during the spring semester.
